We would like to kindly remind you that our bespoke bed sizes are non-returnable, and we encourage all of our customers to take the necessary measurements before placing an order. Specifically, we recommend measuring the height of your stairs as well as the turning space at the top of the stairs to ensure that the headboard can be easily transported into your bedroom.

- Quality Control: Our beds are quality checked before packing and dispatch to ensure the best quality. If a bed is faulty or damaged, we will rectify or replace it.
- We kindly ask that the customer make sure that the delivery can be completed safely at the designated address and that there is ample access and sufficient space for the delivery to take place.

How Do I Cancel My Order?
To initiate the cancellation of your order, kindly contact our customer service team by calling 01244 94 1205 or completing the cancellation form. We will then process a refund to your original payment method.
Kindly note that if your cancellation request is received after 12:00 PM the day prior to the agreed delivery date, the merchandise may have already been sent out with the courier. In this scenario, a return fee will be subtracted from your refund. However, if you choose to return the goods yourself, no return fee will be charged.
How Do I Return My Item?
To make a return request, kindly consider the following steps:
- Please complete our return form within 14 days of receiving your item.
- The item must remain unused and in its original packaging.
- The item should not have been slept on.
- If your return request is approved, you have the option to send the item back using your own courier or have our partnered courier collect it for you (cost will depend on the weight and size of the item).
- Our customer service team will be happy to provide you with the cost of return via our partnered courier after approval.
What if My Item Is Damaged / Faulty On Arrival ?

What If I Have Items Missing From My Delivery?
If your delivery is missing any items, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your goods. To resolve the issue, please contact our customer care and our team will assist you promptly.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your items have been received and inspected at our distribution depot, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method, after deducting any collection charges if applicable. It may take 3-5 working days from the time the items are returned for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
