This is because you are buying straight from the manufacturer. And since we don't have a brick and mortar store, our operating costs are much lower, and we can pass those savings on to our customers.
Because each bed is manufactured on order, delivery may take up to 7 to 10 days.We employ national courier firms to transport our goods, so your delivery may be delayed by a day on occasion, but we will keep you informed.

We do have deliveries that go out on weekends, and you may request one by contacting us. We regret that we are unable to promise that it will be available.
If you miss your delivery, the courier company will return it to us, and a member of our dispatch staff will call you to reschedule a suitable delivery date.
