After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase, including the products ordered, the total cost (including VAT and delivery), and any customization options requested.
- Our products are delivered by trusted third-party courier services, with the convenience of ground floor delivery.
- We kindly ask that you make arrangements to be available to receive your order on the day it is allocated.
- The courier will reach out to you directly to confirm the delivery date and give you a courtesy call one hour before arrival.
- Although we cannot guarantee specific time slots, rest assured that your order is in good hands.
- For deliveries to certain postcode areas (BT DD AB IV KW TR TQ CO NP SA CF LL), there may be an additional surcharge of £60, which will be communicated after the order has been processed.
- Our return policy for delivered products may vary based on the type of product and the reason for return. Customers are advised to review the return policy before placing an order.
- Measurement Responsibility: We kindly encourage you to measure your room and property to ensure a comfortable fit for the bed you have ordered.
- Headboard Height: It is kindly suggested that the customer take the time to measure and assess the fit, taking into consideration factors such as the headboard height in relation to nearby hallways, door frames, and staircases
- Quality Control: Our beds are quality checked before packing and dispatch to ensure the best quality. If a bed is faulty or damaged, we will rectify or replace it.
- We kindly ask that the customer make sure that the delivery can be completed safely at the designated address and that there is ample access and sufficient space for the delivery to take place.

How Do I Cancel My Order?
To initiate the cancellation of your order, kindly contact our customer service team by calling 01244 94 1205 or completing the cancellation form. We will then process a refund to your original payment method.
Kindly note that if your cancellation request is received after 12:00 PM the day prior to the agreed delivery date, the merchandise may have already been sent out with the courier. In this scenario, a return fee will be subtracted from your refund. However, if you choose to return the goods yourself, no return fee will be charged.
How Do I Return My Item?
To make a return request, kindly consider the following steps:
- Please complete our return form within 14 days of receiving your item.
- The item must remain unused and in its original packaging.
- The item should not have been slept on.
- If your return request is approved, you have the option to send the item back using your own courier or have our partnered courier collect it for you (cost will depend on the weight and size of the item).
- Our customer service team will be happy to provide you with the cost of return via our partnered courier after approval.
What if My Item Is Damaged / Faulty On Arrival ?
Please report any damages or faults to the item(s) within 14 days of delivery. You can do this by contacting us on 01244 94 1205.
What If I Have Items Missing From My Delivery?
If your delivery is missing any items, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your goods. To resolve the issue, please contact our customer care and our team will assist you promptly.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your items have been received and inspected at our distribution depot, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method, after deducting any collection charges if applicable. It may take 3-5 working days from the time the items are returned for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
